Seeking passionate individuals!

  • Oversee financial operations, ensure fiscal responsibility, and provide strategic financial leadership to support organizational growth and sustainability.

    Monthly Time Commitment: 4-8 hours

    • Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage annual budget, oversee accounting and financial reporting, ensure compliance with nonprofit regulations. Provide financial analysis for strategic decisions and support fundraising efforts with projections and grant reporting.

    • Qualifications: CPA or equivalent financial credentials preferred with experience in financial management.

    • This is a non-paid (volunteer) role.

  • Provide project management support and oversight for organizational initiatives to ensure effective project delivery, resource allocation, and strategic alignment.

    Monthly Time Commitment: 4-8 hours

    • Key Responsibilities: Develop project management standards and processes, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, track project timelines and deliverables, and provide reporting on project status and outcomes. Support program launches, fundraising campaigns, and organizational development initiatives through structured project management methodologies.

    • Qualifications: Experience in Project Management, especially in non-profit / youth programs / local business.

    • This is a non-paid (volunteer) role.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that grow program enrollment, strengthen brand awareness, and connect families across the Seattle area to Let's Play Pickleball.

    Monthly Time Commitment: 4-8 hours

    • Key Responsibilities: Lead marketing planning and campaign execution across digital and community channels, manage social media presence and content calendar, support enrollment drives for summer camps and after-school programs, and develop outreach materials aligned with our brand. Collaborate with program staff to tell compelling stories that reflect our mission and engage our community.

    • Qualifications: Experience in marketing, communications, or digital media — ideally in a nonprofit, education, or youth-serving context.

    • This is a non-paid (volunteer) role.

  • Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers to maximize community engagement while supporting program delivery and organizational operations.

    Monthly Time Commitment: 4-8 hours

    • Key Responsibilities: Develop volunteer recruitment and onboarding processes, create training programs and coordinate scheduling for programs and events, maintain volunteer database and recognition systems, and ensure compliance with background check and training requirements. Collaborate with staff to identify volunteer support needs and maximize volunteer impact.

    • Qualifications: Experience in volunteer management or nonprofit operations with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • Build and lead fundraising efforts that sustain and grow the foundation's programs, including individual giving, grants, sponsorships, and community campaigns.

    Monthly Time Commitment: 4-8 hours

    • Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute an annual fundraising plan, identify and cultivate donor and sponsor relationships, research and pursue grant opportunities, and coordinate fundraising events and campaigns. Work closely with the Director of Accounting and organizational leadership to set revenue goals and track progress toward funding targets.

    • Qualifications: Experience in nonprofit fundraising, development, or community relations, with strong written communication and relationship-building skills.

    • This is a non-paid (volunteer) role.

  • Design and manage data collection systems that help the foundation understand program impact, participant experiences, and community needs.

    Monthly Time Commitment: 4-8 hours

    • Key Responsibilities: Develop and administer surveys for participants, families, volunteers, and school partners, analyze results and produce accessible reports for leadership and stakeholders, and support grant reporting with outcome data. Build evaluation frameworks that track program quality over time and help the organization make data-informed decisions.

    • Qualifications: Experience in survey design, program evaluation, social research, or data analysis — particularly in education, youth services, or nonprofit settings.

    • This is a non-paid (volunteer) role.

  • Lead technology strategy and implementation to enhance program delivery, operational efficiency, and stakeholder engagement through innovative digital solutions.

    Monthly Time Commitment: 4-8 hours

    • Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain organizational technology infrastructure including website, outreach, and program operations / compliance systems. Implement data analytics tools and ensure cybersecurity compliance, while managing technology budget and vendor relationships.

    • Qualifications: Experience in Computer Science or Information Technology, especially non-profit or small-business technology needs.

    • Term: 12 months (renewable)
