Bring Youth Pickleball to Your City
We built a youth pickleball program in Seattle that works. Now we’re building a model to help other cities launch their own without starting from zero.

Welcome to a space designed for ideas that move people. With a focus on quality, clarity, and connection, we're here to help you make an impact that lasts.
What is the Launchpad Project?
The Launchpad Project is our initiative to bring Let’s Play Pickleball beyond the greater Seattle area and expand youth pickleball access across the country.
We’ve built a youth pickleball program in Seattle through real-world iteration, partnerships, and community engagement. Now, we’re working to turn that experience into a model that other cities can use.
Our goal is simple: help new communities launch youth pickleball programs with more clarity, less guesswork, and stronger support from day one.
What could be inside the box?
We imagine a “Pickleball in a Box” toolkit — a set of the most critical building blocks a new youth program might need to launch successfully.
